the future of women’s health. We’re bringing everyone together in Paris on November 27th, 2026.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

Fill out the application form by October 8th, 2026.
STEP 2
A 20-minute call
If we like your application, we'll reach out by October 15th, 2026 to organise a call.
STEP 3
Selection
We confirm the ten startups joining the pitch session.
STEP 4
Pitch on stage
Take the stage at the Forum on November 27th, 2026.

HOW WE CHOOSE

Selection criteria

Applications are scored 1–4 against four weighted criteria.

Prepare your pitch and slides, and send them before the event

Attend the group pitch coaching session two weeks before WHEF
✓
Your presence is mandatory if you confirm your availability upon selection — if you do not attend the Forum you will be billed the ticket price (€149)

Management team

SCORE 1–4 30%
Motivation, experience, clarity of thought.

Product–market fit

SCORE 1–4 30%
A clear, differentiated solution to a real problem.

Traction

SCORE 1–4 20%
Proof of progress: pilots, paying customers, revenue, or strong pipeline.

Potential to scale

Go-to-market plan, unit economics, implementation capacity, and regulatory or operational plan.

Frequently asked

Who can apply?

Raising seed / Series A startups incorporated in the EU or UK, with at least one female founder, building a women's health solution – digital, device, diagnostic, therapeutic or service.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying is free, and selected startups receive complimentary access to the Forum. If you are selected and later withdraw, a €149 fee applies.

What if I'm not selected?

You're still very welcome at the Forum – the startup ticket gives you access to both stages, the networking platform and the networking area.

When is the deadline?

Applications close on October 8th, 2026. If we like your application, we'll reach out by October 15th to organise a 20-minute call.

How are applications assessed?

Each application is scored 1–4 against four weighted criteria: management team, product–market fit, traction and market opportunity.
