1. Scope and Application

These terms apply to anyone registering for or attending the Women's Health Europe Forum 2026 (WHEF), organised by Femtech France. By completing your registration, you agree to the conditions set out below. They apply to all ticket types.

2. Event Details

• Online access: Live stream available for Online ticket holders via Eventbrite

3. Ticket Types and Pricing

Several ticket categories are available, reflecting different participant profiles. Pricing and access details for each ticket type are indicated on the registration page at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes.

The Online (Free) ticket provides live stream access to one conference stage only and does not include in-person attendance or networking.

3.1 Ticket eligibility
Each ticket type is reserved for the participant profile described on the registration page at the time of purchase. By registering, the participant confirms that they meet the eligibility criteria of the ticket type selected. Employees of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare companies, consulting firms and service providers must select the Corporate ticket, regardless of their individual role or job title.

3.2 Verification and adjustment
Femtech France may, at any time before the Event, ask a participant to confirm their eligibility (organisation, role, or supporting document). If the ticket purchased does not match the participant's profile, Femtech France may, at its reasonable discretion:
(a) request payment of the price difference, or
(b) invite the participant to re-register under the appropriate ticket type, or
(c) where no satisfactory response is received within seven (7) days of the request, cancel the registration and refund the ticket price paid in full.

A refund made under this clause is not subject to the cancellation deadline set out in section 5. Badges are issued only once eligibility has been confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout when completing the registration form. Payment is accepted by credit card only. No registration is confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

5. Cancellations and Substitutions

Tickets may be cancelled or transferred to another participant up to 14 days before the event, i.e. no later than 13 November 2026 (based on the event date of 27 November 2026). No exceptions will be made to this deadline, regardless of circumstances.

To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us at hello@femtechfrance.org before this date. Cancellations within this period will be refunded the ticket price paid. Any request received after 13 November 2026 will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

If you transfer your ticket to another participant, the substitute must meet the eligibility criteria for the ticket type originally purchased. Femtech France reserves the right to decline a transfer where this condition is not met.

6. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by the Organiser

If the Event is cancelled or the venue is changed due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the Event, including changing the location.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement that is not rescheduled within 12 months of the original event date, registered participants will be entitled to a refund not exceeding the total ticket price paid to Femtech France. Femtech France shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

In the event of a partial programme change (e.g., removal of specific sessions or speakers), no refund entitlement arises.

7. Property Loss

Femtech France will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal property during or after the Event. Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times. No storage or cloakroom liability is accepted by Femtech France or the venue.

8. Health and Safety

All participants must comply with the applicable health and safety regulations in force in France at the time of the Event. WHEF reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any participant who does not comply with these requirements.

Participants are encouraged to follow any specific health guidelines or protocols communicated in advance of the Event.

9. Force Majeure

Femtech France will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.

In such circumstances, Femtech France will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants as soon as practicable and, where possible, to offer alternative arrangements.

10. Insurance

Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance, including cover for personal liability, property, and travel cancellation. Femtech France will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property, nor for any personal injury sustained during or in connection with the Event.

11. Compliance with Applicable Law

All participants must comply with French law and any applicable local or EU regulations throughout the Event. Any behaviour that violates applicable law may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund.

12. Photography, Video and Media Consent

By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by WHEF and Femtech France for promotional, editorial, or documentary purposes across various media platforms, including social media, press releases, and the WHEF website.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance by contacting hello@femtechfrance.org. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture in group settings will be avoided.

13. Personal Data and GDPR

Femtech France processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of event registration, participant communication, programme organisation, and — where you have given your explicit consent — for promotional activities.

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@femtechfrance.org. For full details on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Personal Data section of our Terms of Use available on our website.

14. Accessibility

Femtech France is committed to making WHEF accessible to all participants. If you have specific accessibility requirements (mobility, hearing, vision, dietary, or other needs), please contact us in advance at hello@femtechfrance.org so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Requests should be submitted no later than 10 November 2026 to allow sufficient time for preparation.

15. Age Restriction

This Event is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Femtech France reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

16. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour of any kind — whether verbal, physical, or online — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

This commitment extends to all participants, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff throughout the Event and associated networking activities.

17. Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the event venue (Handilab, Paris). Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event at the discretion of the venue or Femtech France.

18. Amendments

Femtech France reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time prior to the Event. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered participants in writing (by email) and will take effect immediately upon notification.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
